Jason Lipps is a Muncie Native and graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor degree in Accounting. Jason is the managing partner for Absolute Property Management and strives to help clients achieve the maximum return on their investment properties.  Jason is on the board of the Muncie Rental Property Association and a member of Community Business Connection. Jason and his wife Debbie have two daughters, Mackemzie and Mavery and have a Siberian Husky, Nila.  In their free time they enjoy camping and boating.

Ryan Kramer

Ryan has over 6 years of experience in this industry and has a managing broker's license. Ryan and his wife, Sarah, have 3 children Dawson, Isaac, and Paisley. Ryan serves as vice-president of ecoRehab, a local non-profit building a strong community. Ryan is also president of the Muncie Rental Property Association and vice-president of Community Business Connections, a community based business networking group. 

Justin Upp

Justin Upp has served full-time in this industry for the past 3 years and has management experience that has helped him in his Real Estate career.  He graduated from Jay County High school in 2007 and he is married to his high school sweetheart, Katie Upp. Justin enjoys all outdoor activities, whether it's hunting, fishing, or hiking. Justin and Kaite have two corgis, Toby and Ali.

With a background in business management and 7 prior years of licensed service in the insurance industry Katie has enjoyed her Real Estate career from the get go. Katie is originally from Oregon but proudly considers herself a transplanted Hoosier after living, working, and serving within the Muncie community for many years! With an undergrad in human development and a master's in business administration Katie considers herself blessed to be able to use her love of people and business together for the good of the clients she serves! Katie is a devoted wife to Jason Wray and the proud mom and step mom to 4 beautiful children: Brionna, Lilyan, Luke, and Jace!
